aktarmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130yi g\u00f6rmenin kayna\u011f\u0131 ise, keskin g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin g\u00f6z\u00fcn arka k\u0131sm\u0131nda bulunan retina tabakas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmesidir. (Retina, \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 alg\u0131layan ve g\u00f6rsel sinyallere \u00e7evirip beynimize ileten g\u00f6z\u00fcn i\u00e7 tabakas\u0131d\u0131r.)<\/p>\n\n<p>G\u00f6z\u00fcn optik sistemi, yani kornea, mercek ve vitreus (g\u00f6z\u00fcn i\u00e7indeki jelimsi s\u0131v\u0131), gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 (yani g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri) \u00f6yle bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6nlendirir ki, bunlar retinada tam odaklanacak \u015fekilde birle\u015fir. Bu genellikle en keskin g\u00f6rmenin oldu\u011fu noktad\u0131r. Bu \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u00f6n de\u011fi\u015ftirmesine ise k\u0131r\u0131lma denir.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Alg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z nesnelerden yans\u0131yan \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u00f6nce g\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6n y\u00fczeyindeki saydam tabaka olan korneaya ula\u015f\u0131r, sonra mercek taraf\u0131ndan k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve g\u00f6z\u00fcn i\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki retina \u00fczerinde odaklanacak \u015fekilde toplan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>Burada \u0131\u015f\u0131k, retinaya g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc sinir h\u00fccreleri taraf\u0131ndan alg\u0131lan\u0131r ve optik sinir arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla beynin g\u00f6rme merkezine iletilir; beynimiz bu sinyalleri g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n<p>G\u00f6z\u00fcn optik sisteminin farkl\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 bir araya gelerek toplam k\u0131rma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturur; bu g\u00fc\u00e7 dioptri (dpt) cinsinden ifade edilir.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"239\" height=\"174\" class=\"wp-image-1465\" src=\"https:\/\/medicaltravel.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Das-normale-Auge.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Normal G\u00f6z (Normal G\u00f6rme Yetene\u011fi= Emmetropi)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Normal g\u00f6ze sahip bir insanda, uzak bir \u015feye bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 retinan\u0131n renk tabakas\u0131nda keskin bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc olu\u015fturur. Retinadaki neredeyse sonsuz say\u0131da nokta \u015feklindeki sinir h\u00fccresi bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcy\u00fc tarar; ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, bir foto\u011fraf makinesinin filmindeki gibi ters ve ba\u015f a\u015fa\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Beynimiz, her iki g\u00f6zden gelen g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc bilgilerini birle\u015ftirerek tek bir g\u00f6rsel izlenim olu\u015fturur; yani g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ve g\u00f6rmek istedi\u011fimiz \u015feyin bir yans\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>G\u00f6z\u00fcn yap\u0131s\u0131, bir foto\u011fraf makinesine \u00e7ok benzer (a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya bak\u0131n\u0131z). Kornea, cam gibi bir mercek g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcr ve kamera objektifinin \u00f6n merce\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelir. G\u00f6zbebe\u011fi, foto\u011fraf makinesindeki diyafram gibidir. G\u00f6z merce\u011fi ise, bir kamera objektifine yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f di\u011fer cam merceklerle benzerlik g\u00f6sterir. Son olarak retina, bir foto\u011fraf makinesindeki filme benzetilebilir.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6rme Bozukluklar\u0131<\/strong><br>E\u011fer odak noktas\u0131 retinan\u0131n tam \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015fmez, yani retinan\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde veya arkas\u0131nda olu\u015fursa \u00e7evre bulan\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr. Gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n odak noktas\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fczde retina \u00fczerinde de\u011fil, \u00f6n\u00fcnde olu\u015fur. <\/p>\n\n<p>G\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fczdeki k\u0131rma hatas\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi i\u00e7in gereken de\u011fer, bu durumda negatif dioptri ile belirtilir; \u00f6rne\u011fin -5,75 dpt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Uza\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rememe ne kadar fazlaysa, (negatif) de\u011fer o kadar y\u00fcksek olur ve g\u00f6zl\u00fck camlar\u0131 o kadar kal\u0131n olur.<\/p>\n\n<p>Daha iyi ve net g\u00f6rebilmeniz i\u00e7in odak noktas\u0131 retinan\u0131n arkas\u0131na kayd\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Lazerle yap\u0131lan optik d\u00fczeltme, kornean\u0131n k\u0131rma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn azalt\u0131lmas\u0131yla sa\u011flan\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Uza\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rebilme sorunu olan g\u00f6z (Hipermetropi)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Uzak mesafedeki nesneleri net g\u00f6rebilirsiniz, ama yak\u0131ndaki nesneleri sadece bulan\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcz.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hipermetropide (uzak g\u00f6rememe) g\u00f6z genellikle k\u0131sa geli\u015fmi\u015ftir; bu nedenle \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 retinan\u0131n arkas\u0131nda odaklan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>Miyopi (uza\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rememe) durumunun aksine, hipermetropide (yak\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rememe) durum belirli bir ya\u015fa kadar g\u00f6z merce\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan dengelenebilir. G\u00f6z merce\u011fi \u015fekil de\u011fi\u015ftirerek (akomodasyon) k\u0131rma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rabilir ve bu sayede hipermetrop g\u00f6z\u00fcn uzak mesafeye odaklanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumu telafi eder. <\/p>\n\n<p>Hipermetropi (yak\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rememe) olan ki\u015filer, ya\u015f ilerlese de genellikle uzak mesafeyi iyi g\u00f6rebilir. Sadece \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hipermetropide, gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta bile g\u00f6zl\u00fck kullanmak gerekebilir. \u00d6te yandan, hipermetropilerde yak\u0131n g\u00f6rme yetene\u011fi daha erken azal\u0131r; yani presbiyopi (ya\u015fa ba\u011fl\u0131 yak\u0131n g\u00f6rme kayb\u0131) daha erken ba\u015flar.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Lazerle d\u00fczeltme, g\u00f6z\u00fcn optik sisteminin k\u0131rma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rarak yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden \u201cStabsichtigkeit\u201d (astigmatizm) denir. <\/p>\n\n<p>Bunun nedeni genellikle g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fcn korneas\u0131n\u0131n \u015feklidir; kornea bir k\u00fcre yerine daha \u00e7ok yumurta \u015feklindedir. Bu y\u00fczden \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 farkl\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve tek bir noktada de\u011fil, retinaya da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015fer. <\/p>\n\n<p>Astigmatizm (kornea e\u011frili\u011fi) genellikle miyopi (uza\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rememe) veya hipermetropi (yak\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rememe) ile birlikte g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr ve d\u00fczeltilme de\u011feri de dioptri cinsinden verilir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Astigmatizm, kornea y\u00fczeyinin daha \u00e7ok k\u00fcreye benzetilmesiyle d\u00fczeltilir, b\u00f6ylece \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 tekrar tek bir noktada birle\u015fir. Lazerle d\u00fczeltme, kornean\u0131n e\u011frili\u011fini ayarlayarak t\u00fcm \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden odak noktas\u0131nda toplanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Presbiyopi (ya\u015fa ba\u011fl\u0131 yak\u0131n g\u00f6rme kayb\u0131)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Ya\u015f ilerledik\u00e7e, her insan\u0131n g\u00f6z merce\u011fi farkl\u0131 mesafelere otomatik olarak odaklanma yetene\u011fini kaybetmeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bu durumlar, \u00f6zellikle miyopi (uza\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rememe) sorunu olan ki\u015filer i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin, hafif miyopi (yakla\u015f\u0131k -2 ila -3 dioptri) olan bir ki\u015fi, uzak mesafeyi net g\u00f6rebilmek i\u00e7in her zaman g\u00f6zl\u00fck takmak zorundad\u0131r. Ya\u015f ilerledik\u00e7e de bu g\u00f6zl\u00fck gereklidir. Ancak okuma s\u0131ras\u0131nda g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7\u0131karabilir ve yak\u0131n mesafeyi yard\u0131mc\u0131 cihaz olmadan g\u00f6rebilir.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Hafif miyopi, ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131kta g\u00f6zl\u00fck olmadan okuma yapabilmeyi sa\u011flar. Ancak uzak mesafe (\u00f6rne\u011fin araba kullanmak, televizyon izlemek vb.) i\u00e7in her zaman d\u00fczeltme gerekir. <\/p>\n\n<p>Mevcut miyopi ameliyatla d\u00fczeltilirse, uzak mesafe g\u00f6zl\u00fck olmadan net g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.
